Solutions Engineer (Enterprise)

📋 Description

• Engage with Enterprise executives, IT, business units, and partners to identify challenges and
• Lead PoC, pilots, architecture design, and value validation to demonstrate Box platform impact.
• Collaborate across sales, CS, PS, and partners to drive transformation from concept to adoption.
• Design and deliver demos, workshops, and proposals that align with customer goals and governance
• Translate customer needs into technical architecture and actionable implementation plans that
• Partner with account teams to plan and execute post-implementation adoption and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT/industry experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or project
• Hands-on knowledge of Cloud/SaaS, infrastructure, applications, data, or security; experience with
• Fluent Japanese language skills and professional English proficiency.
• Strong ability to structure customer problems, define value hypotheses, architect solutions, and
• Experience selling to large enterprises and aligning multiple stakeholders; partner/alliance
• Willingness to work in Box’s culture and be in-office at least 3 days per week.
