Avionics Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, document, build, and maintain hardware for HITL, hardware dev, test, EEE, EMI teams
• Read procedures, schematics, BOMs, drawings, and parts lists
• Build test systems, enclosures, test fixtures with engineering guidance
• Design electrical harnesses for flight avionics QA and HITL tables
• Setup tests, run software, and interpret test reports
• Design 3D printed fixtures and tooling for development testing

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s in engineering or 2+ yrs electronics trouble shooting experience
• 2+ yrs manufacturing electronics experience with hand tools
