🎯 Requirements

• PhD or MS in Immunology or related field
• Deep Biotherapeutics discovery/engineering expertise
• Track record in biologics, cell/gene therapies, or modalities
• Know protein structure and developability assays
• Strong data interpretation and cross-functional communication
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
