🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in growth, performance, or digital design with paid channel ownership
- Experience scaling AI-driven production processes
- Action-oriented: rapid concept deployment and learning
- Expert in paid Meta and direct response fundamentals
- Experience across static and motion; fluent in Figma and AI tooling
- Bonus: After Effects or Jitter; strong typography/color/layout sense
