Senior Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of 5-7 data scientists in Analytics, Fulfilment and Geo
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, Design and Data Science
• Turn raw data into actionable solutions shaping products
• Present findings to executives and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• High agency with curiosity for high-quality data products
• 8+ years in data/quantitative fields
• 5+ years in managerial roles
• SQL, Python, or R proficiency
• Experimentation experience (A/B tests, time-slice)
• Data storytelling and visualization skills
