📋 Description
- Lead global sales enablement with training roadmap for the enterprise team
- Build enablement strategy for AI-driven product roadmap
- Design curricula on market, competition, products, and skills
- Own onboarding, annual kickoffs, and ongoing training programs
- Travel up to 10% as needed
🎯 Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in sales training design, development, and delivery
- Minimum 5 years managing and directing an enablement team
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
