🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UI/UX, product, or digital design
• Strong portfolio across web experiences
• Advanced Figma proficiency with prototyping
• UI/UX principles, IA, accessibility, responsive design
• Excellent visual design, grids, typography, layout
• Experience with remote collaboration and design-to-implementation
