• 5+ years in UI/UX or senior design role.
• Strong portfolio across web experiences.
• Advanced Figma proficiency with prototypes.
• Solid UI/UX principles, IA, responsive and accessible design.
• Excellent visual design, grids, spacing, typography, layout.
• Experience collaborating with developers; strong communication.
