Software Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own client-facing software projects from planning to delivery
• Translate objectives into milestones, timelines, and plans
• Partner with engineers to understand requirements and risks
• Maintain view of project health across scope, timeline, risks
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation and resolution
• Facilitate kickoffs, planning, status meetings, retros

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software project management or similar
• Experience owning complex software projects end-to-end
• Work with software engineers and technical leads
• Strong SDLC understanding: planning to production
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-engineers
• Excellent org skills and ability to handle ambiguity
