Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Role across EMEA: manage quotations, orders, provisioning, invoicing, renewals, and partner
• Coordinate across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and HQ Operations.
• Own issues, drive solutions, and develop scalable, repeatable processes.
• Improve turnaround times, reduce rework, and minimize escalations.
• Work in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment with international exposure.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4–7 years in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or related
• Experience supporting B2B operations across multiple countries/international markets.
• Strong understanding of quotations, POs, invoicing, renewals, and order-to-cash.
• Ability to coordinate across Commercial, Finance, Legal, CS, Operations, and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, with ownership and follow-through.
• Excellent English communication; experience with CRM and business systems.
