Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee commercial operations across the EMEA region.
• Bridge Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and HQ Ops with partners.
• Own the full lifecycle: quotes, orders, provisioning, invoicing, renewals, partner ops.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable, standardized processes.
• Collaborate with international teams in a fast-growing healthcare tech setup.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4–7 years in Business/Commercial Operations or Order Management.
• Experience supporting B2B operations across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of quotations, POs, invoicing, renewals, order-to-cash.
• Excellent coordination across Commercial, Finance, Legal, CS, Operations, and partners.
• Highly organized, proactive, with ownership and follow-through.
• English fluency; SaaS/Healthcare IT exposure a plus.
