Principal Product Manager – Time to First Production

📋 Description

• Own Time to First Production outcome end to end, define north-star metrics, customer journey
• Establish a clear vision for exceptional first-production experience and translate into measurable
• Partner with data and validation teams to measure the customer journey end to end and identify gaps.
• Prioritize AI-assisted and agentic experiences, onboarding, guided development, testing, production
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Experience leaders to translate strategy into execution
• Represent the outcome area to senior leadership, Product Marketing, and GTM with evidence-based

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Principal, Staff, or similarly senior Product Manager, owning a
• Strong background in B2B or enterprise SaaS, with experience spanning multiple teams or customer
• Ability to establish north-star metrics and measurement frameworks with data/analytics teams.
• Proven ability to develop product strategy and roadmaps based on customer evidence and market
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence without formal authority.
• Excellent written communication for clear strategy documents guiding multiple teams.
