Tech Lead, Backend - GraphAware Hume

📋 Description

• Own core parts of the GraphAware Hume platform’s backend
• Set technical direction for transversal foundations
• Collaborate with Neo4j at the core of the product
• Drive architecture for modeling, querying, and scaling knowledge graphs
• Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical bar
• Partner with Product Managers to map goals to technical roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Neo4j expertise, Cypher optimization, and GDS/APOC familiarity
• Strong backend experience (8+ years) with Java/JVM
• Proven architecture leadership across teams/products
• Spring or similar frameworks; secure, scalable API design
• CI/CD, Docker; modern distributed deployment knowledge
• Security mindset and knowledge of OWASP
