Head of Data Center Design

📋 Description

• Own the design vision for large-scale AI data center facilities.
• Define Basis of Design including PODs, cooling, power, fire, networking.
• Lead design reviews across electrical, mechanical, and other trades.
• Set design targets for PUE, capacity, availability, redundancy.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and partners on specs.
• Ensure design translates to real-world construction.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center design or critical infrastructure.
• Proven Basis of Design ownership for large facilities.
• At least 3 years in design or technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of power topology and cooling strategies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder communication; English proficiency.
