Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a small Infrastructure Engineering team with ~50/50 people mgmt and hands-on work.
• Own reliability, modernization, and operation of production infra (Kubernetes-based platforms and
• Drive migrations and modernization initiatives from planning to completion.
• Set priorities, define ownership, coach engineers, and ensure delivery and operations
• Balance reliability, security, tech debt, capacity, and business needs in decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and other stakeholders on infra capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or software engineering; at least 2 years
• Hands-on experience with production Kubernetes in Azure or similar cloud.
• Strong infra-as-code and CI/CD experience (Terraform, Argo, GitHub workflows).
• Proven track record delivering modernization, migration, or reliability improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop engineers while continuing hands-on contributions.
