Principal Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for IGA engagements, including identity models, authoritative
• Act as the technical design authority across a portfolio of engagements, reviewing connector
• Build and lead a distributed engineering bench across the US and Pune, with mentoring and quality
• Own migration strategies for legacy-to-modern IGA transformations, including coexistence planning
• Design and oversee joiner-mover-leaver automation using Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM
• Serve as senior technical advisor to IAM Directors, Enterprise Architects, and CISO organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, including at least 4 years leading engineering or architecture
• Hands-on experience with major identity platforms (SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud
• Expertise in full identity lifecycle design: joiner-mover-leaver, birthright access, RBAC/ABAC
• Strong access governance across certification, recertification, role mining, and entitlement risk
• Knowledge of standards: SCIM 2.0, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, LDAP, JWT; integration patterns
• Experience integrating IAM with AD/Entra ID, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, databases, and
