Senior IT Risk Officer

📋 Description

• Lead IT risk assessments across laboratories, regions and IT services.
• Assess network security, IAM/MFA, endpoint security, cloud, SIEM and backup controls.
• Identify weaknesses and translate findings into business risks.
• Prepare reports and present results to technical and management teams.
• Follow up remediation actions and monitor risk reduction.
• Support continuous improvement of IT risk methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years in cybersecurity, IT risk, IT audit or related field.
• Experience conducting IT risk/security assessments or technical audits.
• Strong risk management knowledge and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Broad technical understanding: networking, AD/Entra ID, IAM/MFA, cloud, SIEM, Windows/Linux
• Ability to discuss technical risks with engineers and stakeholders.
• Excellent English written/spoken communication and stakeholder skills.
