📋 Description

• Support sustainability and energy goals with plants and stakeholders.
• Mix energy management, data analysis, reporting, and engagement.
• Collaborate with global/regional teams to share best practices.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting and carbon reduction objectives.
• Promote energy management guidelines and KPIs.
• Assist with energy efficiency projects and site reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field or equivalent energy mgmt experience.
• Minimum 3 years in energy management or related field.
• Industrial environment experience.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to communicate insights to technical/non-technical audiences.
