📋 Description

• Own the delivery, quality, and technical direction of the fraud and risk decisioning platform
• Set the technical vision for detection and prevention of fraud via data and ML-driven decisioning
• Build a focused, high-performing team with clear ownership and strong engineering culture
• Directly manage, mentor, and grow engineers and tech leads
• Drive AI-native ways of working and ensure quality and explainability of AI-powered work
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Security leadership for governance and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading and growing engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or Senior
• Domain judgment in fraud, risk, financial crime, or real-time decisioning
• Technical depth in data pipelines, model-driven decisioning, and ML infrastructure (MLOps
• Judgment on build-vs-buy for high-stakes, regulated systems
• Strong people management, coaching, and growth mindset
• Experience with AI-enhanced development tools and AI-native workflows
