📋 Description

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure, aligning with strategic
• Define/manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, governance, risks, issues, dependencies
• Partner with executive sponsors, clinical/operational leaders, information services, finance
• Facilitate decision-making, remove barriers, resolve conflicts, escalate risks, and maintain
• Coordinate implementation planning, change management, training, go-live readiness, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, a
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, including complex enterprise
• Significant experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, resources, governance
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, patient privacy, quality
• Healthcare project management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
