🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in engineering leadership
- Salesforce ecosystem expertise (Sales/Service/Revenue Cloud), CRM transforms, data migration
- Experience in Financial Services/FinTech/Payments/Data Services domains
- Cloud-native solutions on AWS, serverless, APIs, microservices, modernization
- Hands-on with .NET/C#, REST, SQL Server, ETL, data platforms
- Strong product mindset; translate business needs into tech
