Staff Software Engineer- Backend

📋 Description

• Design and ship systems coordinating media processing, AI-generated assets, captions, localization
• Lead architecture reviews, write production code, and mentor engineers toward stronger technical
• Drive scalable media and content pipelines and improve observability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate across service boundaries to transform complex content operations into reusable
• Coordinate with partner teams and content creators to accelerate workflows with lower operational
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions and developer tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years with at least one programming language and 4+ years in full software development life
• 3+ years of work experience with ReactJS and NodeJS/Typescript.
• 1+ years mentoring and leading junior engineers; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI tools (Github Copilot, Cursor, LangChain, LangGraph).
