Senior Product Designer (Notifications & Outbound)

📋 Description

• Lead design for the Notifications & Outbound ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end design process for outbound messaging (email, SMS, push).
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to craft high-value user journeys.
• Mentor junior designers and drive a user-centric, data-driven culture.
• Measure impact via conversion metrics and user sentiment.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma; comfortable with AI-assisted design and design systems.
• Experience designing for off-platform experiences (Email, Push, SMS).
• Strong communication to articulate design decisions and navigate ambiguity.
