• Experience in technical partner-facing work with reliability for KAMs and leadership.
• Comfort with configuration tools and APIs; able to discuss with a partner's integration team
• Clear written communication via email and tickets; organized with multiple threads in flight.
• Comfort working across time zones and occasional meetings outside standard hours.
