📋 Description

• Design, configure, distribute, and manage surveys in Qualtrics.
• Analyze survey findings and translate into UX and digital improvements.
• Produce Qualtrics reports, dashboards, and client deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in communications, public health, or related field.
• 1–3 years in digital roles; 1+ year with Qualtrics.
• Familiarity with UX, accessibility, and digital research methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and project coordination abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
