ERP Application Analyst Sr – Quality Assurance & Testing

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate QA activities for ERP and enterprise apps, including test strategy, planning
• Analyze complex business requirements and processes to identify solutions and automation
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specifications; coordinate across projects.
• Assess impact on interconnected apps (Epic and third-party) and align with tech strategies.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business
• Support testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive application readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years in business process mapping, requirements, testing, and documentation.
• Experience in QA, systems analysis, testing, and enterprise technology implementation.
• Solid understanding of applications, operating systems, databases, and interfaces.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear system specs and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of testing, change management, deployment, and software development processes.
