Tech Manager, Actimize

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of Actimize implementations in on-premise and hosted SaaS environments.
• Manage teams, track work, dependencies and risks to ensure successful releases.
• Ensure quality through unit tests, smoke/regression testing, code reviews and solid design
• POC for the team; highlight delivery risks and provide mentorship and career growth opportunities.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and collaboration with R&D, other teams and customer
• Oversee team utilization and performance management with regular 1:1s.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading a high-performing development team or software implementation environment.
• Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience with high-availability, scalable systems and with SAAS hosted software.
• Hands-on experience with private/public cloud infra (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Proficient in Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL and Unix/Linux with shell scripting.
