Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Pre-sales engagement with SMB, mid-market customers to understand business and technical challenges.
• Architect tailored solutions and deliver product demonstrations and POCs.
• Explain AI/LLM concepts to technical and business audiences and position Freddy AI tools.
• Build AI agents/workflows in Agent Studio to showcase use cases in demos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in pre-sales/solution engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong SaaS/cloud, APIs, and enterprise software experience.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations and POCs.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ITSM products and AI/LLM concepts; hands-on AI agent/copilot building.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with mid-market and enterprise
