📋 Description

• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end for quality and usefulness
• Assess how AI-generated outputs reflect engineering judgment
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on what worked and what didn’t
• Judge explanation quality and model behavior in real-world scenarios
• Operate in a non-production, assessment-focused context
• Collaborate with tool users to define what “great” AI-assisted engineering looks like

🎯 Requirements

• Staff / Principal-level engineer or equivalent
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor
• Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
• Ability to evaluate code without fully executing every line
• Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback and making subjective but rigorous judgments
