📋 Description
- Own observability platform design, development, and API integrations.
- Leverage DataDog, AWS services, GitHub Actions, and OpenTelemetry.
- Use AI/LLM for root-cause analysis and improvements.
- Ensure performance, reliability, cost, and governance of observability tooling.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate to maintain production reliability.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS projects.
- Experience with observability concepts; DataDog a plus.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience.
- IaC tools for cloud/observability resources.
- Kubernetes and AWS fundamentals.
- Security best practices for SaaS environments.
