Director Claims Management Ancillary Services (CMAS)

📋 Description

• Lead strategy, performance, and regulatory compliance for CMAS and Plan Documents.
• Manage Plan Documents Manager and CMAS Manager; ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence of SPDs
• Oversee claims audit, appeals, escalations, recoveries, subrogation, and NSA functions.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Configuration, and Client Success to translate client needs into
• Drive adoption of tools (e.g., PDM) to improve accuracy and client experience.
• Set KPIs and lead workforce planning to balance cost with performance.
