📋 Description

• Lead, coach, develop, and grow a compact product engineering team while maintaining a
• Establish clear priorities, maintain alignment, remove blockers, and ensure progress toward product
• Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs and business priorities into
• Balance delivery speed, technical quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability in decisions.
• Enable engineers to own features from concept to launch.
• Establish and maintain standards for design, testing, documentation, decisions, and processes.

• Proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams within a product-focused
• Track record of building high-performing teams and creating an environment for engineers to do
• Strong product mindset with ability to align customer needs, priorities, and technical
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong judgment balancing velocity, quality, debt, and customer impact.
• Experience enabling engineers to own features end-to-end across the development lifecycle.
