📋 Description

• Establish and champion enterprise-wide analytics rigor, including statistical standards, validation
• Define frameworks for measurement, performance metrics, reporting, and analytical standards that
• Build and institutionalize analytics engineering as a core discipline, including reusable data
• Develop scalable capabilities and frameworks that allow analytical solutions to be transferred
• Connect analytics initiatives across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and other functions to
• Architect systems and operating models that make analytics a repeatable, trusted, and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a
• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with demonstrated success building scalable systems
• Proven experience establishing analytics standards, governance frameworks, measurement
• Strong experience working cross-functionally across complex organizations, ideally within
