• Lead, coach, develop, and grow a compact product engineering team while maintaining a
• Establish clear priorities, maintain alignment, remove blockers, and drive progress toward product
• Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs and business priorities into
• Guide tradeoffs balancing delivery speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Enable engineers to own features from concept to launch.
• Set and maintain standards for design, testing, documentation, decisions, and processes.

• Strong product mindset to align customer needs with technical direction.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across stakeholders.

• Experience enabling engineers to own features throughout the development lifecycle.
