• Monitor and interpret laws and requirements, especially CMS and Department of Insurance rules.
• Prepare metrics, reports, analyses, and insights for monitoring and decision-making.
• Present findings to leadership in a clear, compelling manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; graduate degree a plus.
• At least 2 years in compliance with regulatory application to business.
• At least 1 year presenting to leadership.
• At least 1 year of metrics, reporting, and data analysis for compliance.
• At least 2 years of relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CMS and Department of Insurance regulations.
