- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures that support governmental
- Research compliance questions and regulatory issues, assess potential impacts, and recommend
- Analyze complex compliance situations and data to determine appropriate approaches.
- Monitor and interpret laws and requirements, especially CMS and Department of Insurance rules.
- Prepare metrics, reports, analyses, and insights for monitoring and decision-making.
- Present findings to leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; graduate degree a plus.
- At least 2 years in compliance with regulatory application to business.
- At least 1 year presenting to leadership.
- At least 1 year of metrics, reporting, and data analysis for compliance.
- At least 2 years of relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CMS and Department of Insurance regulations.
