📋 Description

• Own stability and performance of the Android Learning app for millions of learners.
• Develop tooling for crash/memory analysis and perf benchmarks.
• Bridge between Client Platform and Product feature teams on performance data.
• Mentor engineers and foster engineering excellence in performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Kotlin skills with coroutines, Jetpack Compose, modern architectures.
• Experience shipping large scale Android apps.
• Experience mitigating ANRs, memory leaks, crashes, and dropped frames.
• Experience optimizing startup time and memory on low-memory devices.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration across teams.
