📋 Description
- Lead and facilitate safe operations on A2 Shift (6pm-6:30am) on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and
- Oversee production to meet schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Drive safety culture and zero incidents on the floor
- Coordinate shift activities, handovers, and resource deployment
- Manage performance via 1:1s, reviews, and action plans
- Support continuous process improvements and OpEx initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; sciences/engineering preferred
- 2+ years supervising or leading a team
- Experience in regulated pharma; SAP and Office proficiency
- Familiarity with industrial automation and cGMPs
- Aseptic experience preferred
