Associate Director, Field Reimbursement, Immunology Rheumatology - South

📋 Description

• Lead a regional FRM team to educate providers on AbbVie’s Immunology Patient Support programs.
• Ensure compliant, timely patient access and reimbursement for AbbVie therapies.
• Coordinate with Patient Services, Managed Health Care, Sales, and Access & Reimbursement Hub.
• Integrate patient access programs into local/regional strategies.
• Monitor policy changes and provide insights to the FRM team.
• Track call activity and optimize operations with analytics tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in coverage, coding, managed care, or market access for immunology products.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with team development success.
• Strong coaching, territory and strategic account management skills.
• Experience explaining complex reimbursement policies; Medicare Parts A-D knowledge.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication skills; bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
