Job Description
📋 Description
- Oversees multiple residential homes and staff teams within an assigned region, providing
- Focuses on team leadership, staff development, program operations, compliance oversight and
- Maintains operational stability, addresses program concerns and supports individuals in making
- Lead program leadership, supervision, coaching and development across assigned programs.
- Oversee daily operations of multiple homes and programs to ensure services remain person-centered
- Maintain readiness for audits, inspections and licensing reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology
- Experience: 2–3+ years supporting individuals with IDD or community-based services, with
- Program Knowledge: Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards and Medicaid
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology.
- Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record for insurance.
- Nice to Have: Multi-site residential experience, staff development, data-driven performance
