Senior Software Engineer, Code Quality for AI Training (Python)

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge output usefulness and correctness
• Assess engineering judgment in responses
• Evaluate interaction quality for experienced developers
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback
• Help define what great looks like with AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Staff / Principal-level engineer experience
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python
• Hands-on with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows
• Ability to evaluate code without full execution
• Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback
