📋 Description

• Independently program and operate CNC machines (Mill, Lathe, Wire EDM) to tight tolerances.
• Support Engineering in new product development.
• Fabricate new parts and modify existing parts.
• Work with materials including stainless and tool steels, aluminum, plastics.
• Use advanced inspection equipment to qualify parts.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to solve problems daily.

🎯 Requirements

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a precision component environment.
• Operate basic shop equipment: Bridgeport Mill, Bandsaw, Table saw, Manual Lathe, Drill press.
• Develop setup fixtures and tight-tolerance workholding assemblies with supervisor.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic understanding of 3D software (Mastercam, Solidworks).
