📋 Description

• Process internal and external customers' requests and issues
• Investigate user complaints by application logs analysis and find solutions from existing
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders through ticket systems and emails
• Apply application configuration changes
• Support deployment, verification and testing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Technical education and detail orientation
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Clear, well-structured verbal and written communication
• Ability to analyze application and system logs
• Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills
• Basic understanding of network communications and protocols (HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load
