📋 Description
- Lead functional workstreams across discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment
- Facilitate discovery sessions with business leaders and end users
- Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and solution designs
- Design Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align designs with architecture
- Guide Business Analysts through requirements and delivery
🎯 Requirements
- B.S. in business or tech field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in technology consulting, CRM, or Salesforce delivery
- Proven ability to lead a workstream in a multi-phase tech implementation
- Strong Salesforce knowledge and platform capabilities
- Experience facilitating discovery sessions and solution design
- Agile delivery knowledge and strong stakeholder communication
