📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end RFP and requirements-focused business analysis activities, from discovery through
• Develop or tailor a three-tier business capability model aligned with objectives.
• Assess current-state processes and operating models to identify gaps and pain points.
• Translate analysis into clear, actionable business requirements.
• Develop demo scripts and scenarios for vendor demonstrations against requirements.
• Establish vendor evaluation criteria and support structured assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience as a Business Analyst, with end-to-end RFP leadership.
• Strong background in traditional, requirements-focused BA, elicitation, documentation, validation
• Experience with business architecture, capability modeling, and operating model analysis.
• Ability to assess current-state processes and translate findings into future-state requirements.
• Experience developing vendor eval criteria, RFP materials, and traceability docs.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to connect business goals to detailed requirements.
