Staff Program Manager, Event Design

📋 Description

• Lead experiential program mgmt: roadmap, budget, scope, timelines, resourcing
• Manage high volume of concurrent projects, small to large
• Partner with Experiential Creative Director to scale event design
• Coordinate with Corporate Events for brand design across surfaces
• Ensure collaboration with leadership, creatives, vendors
• Own PM docs, tooling, trackers, updates, Slack

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in similar roles
• Strong strategic acumen for roadmaps and cross-functional processes
• Deep knowledge producing brand and event design systems
• Proven excellence in scalable creative systems
• Highly detail oriented; able to simplify complexity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
