Engineering Manager - Platform

📋 Description

• Lead the Environment Tooling team within Platform Engineering
• Manage six platform engineers; balance stability with strategic initiatives
• Oversee GitOps deployment pipeline and developer tooling
• Own non-production environments and path-to-production orchestration
• Collaborate with security, product, and engineering leaders on roadmaps
• Report progress and risks to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering leadership experience managing platform/DevOps teams
• Deep knowledge of GitOps (Argo CD), IaC, and container orchestration
• StrongDevEx focus; build self-service tooling for developers
• Pragmatic, iterative mindset; deliver value early and often
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Technical skills: Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Docker, Terraform, Helm; Go and Java
