• Push data back into operating systems for complete workflows.
• Debug data discrepancies across sources and automate fixes.
• Own HubSpot as system of record: governance and data quality.
• Collaborate with finance/ops to explain tech decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience managing data structures with governance and auditability.
• Translate non-technical briefs into actionable plans.
• Comfortable with fast rollouts and long-term architecture.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines that are idempotent.
• Experience API-based data integration into BigQuery/Snowflake.
• Strong Python and SQL; REST APIs and GCP tooling; Git.
