Senior Customer Architect

📋 Description

• Act as Trusted Technical Advisor with customers, aligning Elastic solutions to business goals.
• Define technical success criteria and tailor Technical Success Plans per customer.
• Guide deployment and adoption to maximize Elastic solution consumption.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and Solutions Architect to cover technical needs.
• Communicate value and drive ARR growth through adoption and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales with Elastic or similar tech.
• Hands-on with Elastic stack (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
