Senior Professional Services Engineer (AI, Chatbot)

📋 Description

• Lead and execute implementation activities for NICE CSA solutions, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Configure, integrate, and optimize AI-driven solutions per customer needs.
• Provide technical configuration and light programming (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) for UI tweaks.
• Develop and manage changes to existing applications; ensure knowledge mapping is intuitive.
• Collaborate with project teams from sales handoff through closure; ensure high-quality outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of AI, digital channels, or enterprise contact center experience.
• BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/E&C or related field, or equivalent work exp.
• End-to-end AI implementations from pilot to deployment.
• Experience across NLU, IVR/ACD, ASR, digital channels, and knowledge platforms.
• Strong chatbot/voicebot development with focus on architecture and performance.
• Design integrations across CRMs, APIs, and customer ecosystems.
