• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive Sierra's
• Build scalable systems running in production across industries like finance, healthcare, and
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment and iteration
• Collaborate with customers and partners to shape Sierra's platform
• Prototype new tools and features with research, product, and platform teams
• Contribute to the evolution of Sierra's core platform based on customer needs
